Avalon Yurt Sanctuary, owned and operated by Jennifer Rosendale L.M.P., is a quiet little daytime retreat located over the Puget Sound on 5 acres, serving patrons of Mason County and surrounding areas.

The yurt studio has been placed on the property in an effort to help guest in there journey to discover a more holistic way of living by exploring a wide variety of techniques to manage stress, lower blood pressure, create healthy coherence in the body systems, find peace of mind and connect to others in the community.

Jennifer has a deep knowledge in simple living and the use of nature as a powerful balancing tool in ones life. Her gifts include:

intuitive bodywork and movement of energy through the integration of multiple modalities such as cupping, Japanese hot stones, Thai massage, Reiki, Reflexology, Swedish Relaxation, and Deep Tissue massage while discovering empowerment through diet and daily disciplines such as meditation, yoga, and personal shadow work.

My intention is to create a balanced and integrated space that supports a clients journey back to wholeness.
